How to Use Mountain Ice
Since the release of Mountain Ice, we have been getting wonderful, positive feedback from many people within the community. We've also gotten a few excellent questions that we'd like to tackle in the next couple of blog posts: the first being, how to use Mountain Ice?
The application of Mountain Ice is very simple and easy. For the best results, apply a light coat of gel to the affected area twice daily. You shouldn't use it more than four times per day. The menthol scent will dissipate within one to two minutes, and will be replaced by a soothing, cooling sensation.
The gel remains effective for one to two hours as the natural ingredients penetrate the skin, reducing inflammation and providing healing relief to the area. Reapply as necessary, depending on your level of pain. It is important to note that you shouldn't apply Mountain Ice directly onto broken or damaged skin. For pain and swelling that lasts longer than three to five days, consult a physician.
Mountain Ice has worked wonders with many people in regards to decreasing their pain from various ailments. Please consult with a physician before use if you are pregnant, breastfeeding, or have severe pain and inflammation that lasts longer than three to five days.
