Return Policy

Our return policy or guarantee as we like to call it is simple. If you follow the application instructions inside our box for the prescribed amount of time and don't feel a reduction in your level of pain we'll refund your money. One tube per customer. Orders will multiple tubes will have to return the unopened tubes to get the full refund.  

Email to sales@mountain-ice.com within 30 days of purchase.
