MI used on feet and toes does give temporary relief especially when taken with Tylenol. It is most effective during bathroom visits late night / early morning. My preference is MI over Aspercreme due to the cooling effect menthol provides. It helps me fall back to sleep sooner than without using anything.

Took my pain away , did have to put it on thick! But it worked for about 4 hrs
